Reviews and Ratings
The hotel's room was tiny and on the cold side with very old decor compared to the modern bathroom. I found the rooms to be too small, but I was thankful for having considerate neighbors. The service was friendly and helpful, dealing with everything efficiently. The location, though quiet, was a bit challenging to find without a satnav, surrounded by local authority buildings. The dining options were very poor for the price, lacking variety, especially for those with dietary concerns. However, the special dishes were presented well and thoroughly enjoyed.
The hotel is situated within a housing estate, making it quiet but slightly tucked away with limited shops nearby. The rooms are clean and well-proportioned, conveniently located next to the breakfast room. The service, although very good, could benefit from assistance with luggage up the flight of stairs. The dining options are limited during weekdays, and extra charges apply for additional savoury options. Despite these drawbacks, the hotel offers fresh coffee and homemade dishes.
My stay at the hotel was a mixed experience. While the rooms were a bit disappointing with a musty smell and single beds for 2 adults and a child, the service was exceptional, and the location was convenient for exploring southeast England. The dining options were basic, but the staff made our visit special by allowing us early check-in to get ready for a funeral.
The hotel is tucked away in a built-up housing area, surrounded by local authority buildings, making for an interesting location. The rooms felt claustrophobic, with a hard mattress, but the friendly service and continental dining were highlights of the stay.
My stay at the hotel was a mixed experience. The rooms were a bit on the smaller side, and the tea and coffee provided were too cold, which was a downside. However, the service was top-notch with very helpful and friendly staff. The location was convenient but not the most exciting, and the dining options were a bit limited in terms of choices. Overall, it was decent considering the value for money.
