The hotel's room was tiny and on the cold side with very old decor compared to the modern bathroom. I found the rooms to be too small, but I was thankful for having considerate neighbors. The service was friendly and helpful, dealing with everything efficiently. The location, though quiet, was a bit challenging to find without a satnav, surrounded by local authority buildings. The dining options were very poor for the price, lacking variety, especially for those with dietary concerns. However, the special dishes were presented well and thoroughly enjoyed.

The hotel is situated within a housing estate, making it quiet but slightly tucked away with limited shops nearby. The rooms are clean and well-proportioned, conveniently located next to the breakfast room. The service, although very good, could benefit from assistance with luggage up the flight of stairs. The dining options are limited during weekdays, and extra charges apply for additional savoury options. Despite these drawbacks, the hotel offers fresh coffee and homemade dishes.

My stay at the hotel was a mixed experience. While the rooms were a bit disappointing with a musty smell and single beds for 2 adults and a child, the service was exceptional, and the location was convenient for exploring southeast England. The dining options were basic, but the staff made our visit special by allowing us early check-in to get ready for a funeral.

6.0/10

The hotel is tucked away in a built-up housing area, surrounded by local authority buildings, making for an interesting location. The rooms felt claustrophobic, with a hard mattress, but the friendly service and continental dining were highlights of the stay.

Rooms
6.0
The room I stayed in, left me feeling a bit confined, especially with a hard mattress. It was set in a mezzanine location directly off the stairs between floors, which raised concerns about fire evacuation. Hoping for considerate neighbors is essential.
Service
7.0
Despite a couple of delays at the desk, I left with a positive impression of the service here. The staff was friendly and showed us to the breakfast room with warmth and care.
Location
6.0
The hotel's location is a bit unusual, tucked away at the back of a housing estate, which may not be everyone's preference. However, it was convenient for reaching our meeting at The K2 Centre and easy access to major roads toward London or Brighton.
Dining
5.0
The dining experience, while adequate for our needs, had some drawbacks such as poor quality sausages. The continental offering had a variety, but room for improvement remains.
Facilities
6.0
The facilities provided were standard, catering to basic needs. They did the job, but nothing exceptional to note.

My stay at the hotel was a mixed experience. The rooms were a bit on the smaller side, and the tea and coffee provided were too cold, which was a downside. However, the service was top-notch with very helpful and friendly staff. The location was convenient but not the most exciting, and the dining options were a bit limited in terms of choices. Overall, it was decent considering the value for money.

Rooms
7.0
The rooms were a bit small at around 10-foot square. The tea and coffee provided were too cold for my liking.
Service

Location
8.0
The hotel's location is quite convenient as it is close to the town center and easily accessible to business centers.
Dining
7.0
The dining experience was satisfactory with a decent variety of cereals, croissants, and pastries. However, the quality could have been better to enhance the overall experience.
